Dominoz Pizza

You can find us over at Jonna Villa on Manikpur Church Road. We are in A-302, which is a bit different for a pizza place since we are inside the building, but it works for us. Vasai West is a very busy area and the church road always has something going on, especially on the weekends. We spend most of our time in the kitchen getting orders ready for the local families. It gets pretty hot in there, especially during the summer months when the humidity in Thane really kicks in. We have a small crew and most of us live nearby, so we know the shortcuts to get around the traffic when we are out on the bikes. Sometimes the delivery bikes need work or the rain slows everything down to a crawl, but that is just life here. We do not have a giant dining hall or anything fancy like the places in the mall. It is mostly about getting the food out to the people around the neighborhood. You might see us taking a short break outside the villa when it is not too busy. The smell of dough and sauce is basically stuck to our clothes by the end of every shift. We get a lot of students and families from the apartment blocks nearby. It is a straightforward operation. We make the food, pack it up, and get it to your door. Nothing too complicated about it, just a local kitchen doing its thing every day of the week.
