Dombivali Darbar

Dombivali Darbar is located at Shramfalya on M G Road and Mahatma Phule Road. We are in Dombivli West, very close to the railway station. Being near the station means we are right in the middle of all the chaos and movement of the city. Thousands of people pass by every day on their way to the trains. Our place is simple and reflects the busy nature of the area. We don't have any fancy signs or expensive furniture. It’s a spot where people can grab a bite before they catch their commute. The noise from the trains and the crowds on M G Road is something we hear all day. We spend most of our time keeping up with the rush. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby. We don't use corporate language because we are just a regular shop in Thane. Sometimes the street gets so crowded it’s hard to even walk into the entrance. We just keep doing our thing, serving the people who come in. It’s a lot of manual work and the hours are long. We don't pretend to be anything more than a station-side eatery. The building is an older one and has its quirks, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the station area change over the years. It’s a practical, straightforward place for the everyday person. It's a noisy, sweaty kind of job but it's our daily life here. We just keep moving.
