Cruisers Realty Private Limited is located at Kantilal Compound, right across from the Pepsi Compound. We are near the Sonarpada bus stop on Kalyan Shil Road in Dombivali East. It is a very specific spot, and it is usually quite busy with buses and trucks going by. The office is part of a larger compound, so it has a more industrial, working-class feel to it, which we like. We are not a fancy firm in a high-rise. We are down here on the ground, dealing with real estate in Dombivali. The Kalyan Shil Road area is growing fast, and there is always something new being built. We spend our time keeping an eye on these developments and helping people who want to move into the area. It’s a lot of talking to builders and checking out sites to see how the work is progressing. We don't have any polished marketing materials. If you come by, you'll see we just have our desks and our records. We try to keep things simple. If a property is good, we say so. If it has issues, we mention those too. Being near the bus stop means we get a lot of foot traffic and people popping in to ask for directions or about local rents. We do our best to be a useful part of the neighborhood while we handle our daily business tasks. It’s a busy life here in the compound, but we enjoy the work.
