Our office is located at Adriana G 402, which is part of Palava Phase II in Sector 5. This is in the Dombivali Kalyan area, a bit further out from the main city. It is a newer development, and we chose to set up here because there is so much building work happening all around us. It can be a long commute for some people, but for those already living in Palava, we are right in their backyard. We help people with property issues and finding homes in the local sectors. It is not always simple because the layout of the phases can be confusing, but we have spent enough time walking these blocks to know them well. Our office is just a regular room where we work and store our folders. We spend a lot of our day walking between the different buildings to check on apartments. It is a lot of exercise, that is for sure. We mostly talk to families who are moving here for more space or better facilities. We do not have a marketing department or any smooth-talking salesmen. It is just us trying to earn a living by being helpful to our neighbors. Some days are very busy with phone calls, while other days we just sit and catch up on filing. We like the atmosphere in this part of town. It feels like it is still being created. We plan to stay here for a long time and just keep doing our daily work.
