We are based in the Chandralok Building, right on the ground floor. It’s Shop No. 1, very close to the IDBI Bank at Tembhi Naka in Thane. Tembhi Naka is one of those old, central parts of the city that always has something going on. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in off the street. We deal with real estate and property matters, mostly sticking to the Thane area because that’s what we know best. The office is a straightforward place. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders full of property details. We don't use any fancy systems, just hard work and a lot of talking to people. Tembhi Naka is a landmark in itself, so we get people from all over the city passing through. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic and the markets nearby, but we like the buzz. We spend our time trying to help people find a place that fits what they need. It’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is correct. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the buildings around us go up and down. It’s just us doing our daily business, trying to be useful to the people in our community. We don't put on any airs; we just do the work as it comes. Usually, we're here six days a week, making sure things get done.
