You can find us at Banglow No. 3, which is called Andrabis Villa. We are located in Naya Nagar, right in the Evershine Enclave part of Mira Road East. We are directly opposite Umrao Hospital, so that’s the best landmark to look for if you’re coming to see us. Working out of a bungalow feels a bit different than being in a high-rise office building. It’s a bit more relaxed, and we have our own space. We focus on property and real estate around Mira Road and the Thane area. The neighborhood here is always active. There are shops, hospitals, and lots of apartments all around. We spend our mornings checking on new listings and our afternoons meeting with people who are looking for a new home. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just a local office where we handle the daily tasks of real estate. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several people come in at once, but we manage. Mira Road has grown so much in the last few years, and being near Evershine Enclave puts us right in the middle of it. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you’re near the hospital, you’ll probably see our place. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we talk to. We often stay late on Saturdays because that is when most people have time to visit.
