Our office is over in Dhokali, Thane, specifically at 606 Cosmos Nest in the B Wing. It’s right on Kolshet Road, which has become a pretty popular area lately. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. The building is one of those bigger complexes you see around here. We handle real estate work, mostly helping folks with buying or selling places in the Thane region. It’s not a very big operation, just us working together to get things sorted. Kolshet Road is always busy with new construction and people moving in. We spend a lot of our time coordinating between different people and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of details to keep track of. Sometimes we are in the office all day, and other times we are out at different sites in Dhokali or further out in Thane. We don't go for anything too flashy. Our office is just a place to get the work done. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in or calls. The local area has a lot of families and we see a lot of them looking for bigger homes as they grow. It's a nice neighborhood to be based in. We just take things one day at a time and try to do a good job for the people who come to us. Often, we are still here sorting through files long after the sun has gone down.
