Bhoir Bandhu Masala

Bhoir Bandhu Masala is based out of our home, Shree Samarth Krupa Bungalow, which is house number 169. We are located right on the Mumbra Panvel Highway in Bhandarli Village, near the Hanuman Mandir. We have been grinding and mixing masalas here for quite some time. It started as something for the neighbors, but then more people started asking for it. The whole house smells like roasted chilies and turmeric most days. It is a family effort, with everyone helping to clean the spices and pack the bags. We use old recipes that have been around for a long time. We do not use a lot of fancy equipment, just the grinders we have always used. The shop part is just at the front of the house. People traveling on the highway often see our sign and stop to buy a few packets. It is not a big industrial operation. We take our time to make sure the spice mixes are right. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients, so we have to wait for the next market day. It is a simple life in Bhandarli Village. If you are driving past the Hanuman Mandir, you can not miss us. We just want to make the kind of masala that makes a meal taste like home. Our family has lived here for generations, and we enjoy seeing familiar faces coming back to us.
