Our office is over in Seawoods, specifically in the Gahlot Majesty building. If you know Palm Beach Road, you know it can get pretty windy and bright out here near the water. We’re up in B-503. It’s a decent building in Sector 46A. We started Aviance Realty because we saw how much Navi Mumbai was growing every year. There's always a new building going up or someone looking to move closer to the seaside. We spend our days looking at floor plans and talking to different owners. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we do to get by. The view from the office is alright, though we’re mostly looking at our screens or stacks of files. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees in fancy suits. We’re just a few people who know the Seawoods area really well. Sometimes we grab tea downstairs and talk about the current market. It’s a lot of back and forth with different clients. We don't use any high-pressure tactics because that's just not how we like to work. People come in, they tell us what they’re looking for, and we see if we can find it for them. If it’s not there, we just say so. Navigating the real estate world in Navi Mumbai has its ups and downs, but we’ve managed to stay grounded. We keep our paperwork organized and try to make the whole process as simple as it can be for everyone involved in the deal.
