Our office is located at 1703 Rosabella. It’s right on Ghodbunder Road in Thane West, which is a very busy part of town these days. Most people know the building because it’s directly opposite Suraj Water Park. On the weekends, it gets really crowded around here with families visiting the park. We are way up on the 17th floor, so it’s a bit quieter up there than it is down on the street level. We work on real estate stuff, mostly around the Thane area. It's a lot of keeping track of new developments and talking to people about where they want to live. Ghodbunder Road has changed so much since we first started; there are skyscrapers everywhere now. We spend our days mostly on the phone or looking over documents. Sometimes we go down to meet people at the local cafes or at the site locations. It’s just a small team of us. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s a practical workspace where we can focus. Dealing with property in Thane West keeps us pretty busy because everyone seems to be moving this way. We like the view from the office, you can see quite a bit of the city from up here. It’s a good place to work from and easy for people to find because of the water park landmark. We try to keep things honest and just do our jobs. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on by the end of the week.
