We operate out of Vashi, specifically in Sector 19D. Our office is number 1801, located within the Satra Properties building on Plot 19. It’s quite high up, so the view of Vashi is pretty good from our windows. Appletree Realty is just a small team of us working on various real estate projects and property management. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building is a busy hub for different businesses. Our daily routine involves a lot of meetings, either in the office or out at different sites. We handle residential and commercial stuff, mostly helping people find a space that fits what they need. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We have our computers, some files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Sector 19D is a good location with plenty of other offices nearby. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking around here, but that’s just how it is in Vashi. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated sales pitches. We just talk to people about what they’re looking for and see if we can find a match in our listings. It takes a lot of time to get all the details right for a property deal. We try to stay on top of things, even when the paperwork starts piling up. It’s just a regular office where we do our best to help out with local real estate. There’s always more to learn.
