Anmrud Realty is located right in Eternity Mall. We have Shop Number 78 on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to find us while they're out shopping or walking by. Being at Teen Hath Naka on LBS Marg means there’s always a lot of activity right outside our door. It’s a busy intersection and the mall stays quite lively. We deal with all kinds of real estate matters from this small shop. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for our desks and a couple of chairs for guests. We spend our time looking at property values and helping people with their housing needs. Since we’re on the ground floor, we get a lot of walk-ins. Some people are just curious, while others are seriously looking for a place. We try to be helpful and give them the facts we have. We don't go in for big speeches or glossy brochures. We just look at what’s available in the area and let people know. The mall environment is nice because everything is close by. We’ve been here for a bit and have seen many shops come and go. We just keep focusing on the realty side of things. It’s a lot of paper shuffling and phone calls, but we enjoy the pace. If you’re near Teen Hath Naka, you’ve probably seen our sign. We’re just a local team doing regular work. We like meeting all the different people.
