We are based over at Flat A-204 in Prathmesh Residency. It is right on Parnaka Dahanu Road here in Thane. This is where we handle our day-to-day work for Ambelakshmi Realtors Private Limited. If you know the area, you know it is quite busy around here. We have been working from this office for a bit now, helping people with property stuff. It is not a huge fancy office or anything, just a regular space where we sit and go through paperwork and talk to folks about houses or plots. Dahanu Road has changed quite a bit lately, and we try to keep up with what is happening in the local market. Sometimes it gets a little loud outside with the traffic, but we are used to it. We deal with real estate things because that is what we know. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting people who stop by the residency. It is a straightforward operation. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us trying to make things work and help out where we can. If someone is looking for a place or wants to sell, we just chat and see if there is a way to help. That is pretty much the long and short of it. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the local rules. Being in Maharashtra, there is always some new regulation or change, so we spend time reading up on those too.
