Amatrshree Realtek Private Limited is over in Mira Road East. Our office is located at A-101 in the Marigold-1 building, which is part of the Beverly Park housing society. It’s a nice enough area and quite easy to find if you are familiar with Thane. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in without having to wait for an elevator. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building. Our space is pretty simple—just some desks, a couple of computers, and a lot of storage for all the property files we have to keep. Mira Road is a place that is always growing, so there is always some new project or some piece of land being talked about. We spend our time keeping track of those things and helping people with their paperwork. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and there’s usually a radio playing softly in the background. We don't use any big corporate talk or try to sound like we are something we’re not. We are just a local business doing real estate work in Beverly Park. Most days are just about staying on top of the documents and making sure we answer the phone whenever it rings. It’s a practical, everyday sort of life here.
