Aadiguru Realty Private Limited is located at Room 301 in Krishna Plaza. You can find us on Shivaji Path, right along the Station Road. Being near the station means there is constant movement. You can hear the trains sometimes and there is always a crowd of people heading to or from the platforms. Krishna Plaza is a busy building with a lot of different offices inside. We are up on the third floor, so it’s a bit quieter than the street level, which is nice. We spend most of our day here, looking over property documents and answering the phone. It’s a typical office setup with some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't really care about having a fancy looking place as long as the work gets done. The commute can be a bit of a struggle because Station Road is always packed, but being centrally located helps a lot. We see all kinds of people coming through the doors. We just sit here, do our paperwork, and try to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of manual tracking and calling around. We've been in this spot for some time now and we've gotten used to the rhythm of Shivaji Path. It’s just how we operate, right in the thick of things. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the station rush starts to fade a little bit. That is our day.
