Zionarch Architects

We have been at 11St Floor on 2nd Main Road for a while now. Zionarch Architects is just a small team of us who enjoy drawing up plans and getting buildings together. It gets pretty busy here sometimes with all the blueprints spread out on the desks. We spend most of our days looking at sites or sitting at our computers trying to figure out how to make a space work better for someone. It is not always glamorous work, honestly. There is a lot of back and forth with contractors and making sure the measurements actually line up like they should. We do not really have a fancy reception or anything like that. Just some chairs and a lot of old coffee cups sitting around. If you come by, you will probably see us arguing over where a wall should go or checking some local building codes. We have worked on all sorts of projects around here, from small renovations to bigger structures. It is just what we do. We like the challenge of a difficult plot of land that nobody else wants to touch. Sometimes the weather makes site visits a bit of a mess, but that is part of the job. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the drawings. If someone needs a house planned out, they find us here. We are not doing anything revolutionary, just solid work that stays standing. It feels good to see something you drew actually get built.
