Shrishti Architects

We have been working out of our office at Plot No 13B for quite some time now. It is located on 1st Cross Street in the Raghavendra Nagar area of Rajakilpakkam. If you know Srinivasa Nagar, we are just a short distance from there. It is not a very fancy place, just a normal room where we keep our drawing boards and a couple of computers that have seen better days. Usually, there are three or four of us around during the day. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking about how to fit things into small spaces. The light in the morning is pretty good for drawing, so we try to get most of the heavy work done before lunch. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with people passing by, but it is a nice neighborhood. We know most of the people on this street by now. We started Shrishti Architects because we like building things and drawing plans. It is more about the practical side of things than making anything look like a museum. We take on all sorts of projects, mostly local houses or small shops nearby. If you walk past the office, you will probably see a bunch of rolled-up papers in the corner and someone drinking tea near the window. It is a quiet life for the most part, just focusing on the next set of plans we need to finish.
