Spluss Architects

Spluss Architects is situated in Sithalapakkam, Chennai. Our office is at No 46A in the Bollneni Hill Side area. We are quite close to Sathyabama University, which is the main landmark people use to find their way to us. This part of Chennai feels a bit different from the crowded city center; it’s a bit more open, though it is developing fast. We operate out of a space that is designed for focus. There are plenty of desks for our team to work on architectural plans and some space for the piles of site reports we have to go through. It’s not a big corporate building, just a local office where we handle our day-to-day business. The walk to the office is nice, especially in the mornings before it gets too hot. We spend a lot of time discussing designs and how to make things work within a budget. There is no marketing team here, just architects and staff who know their way around a building site. We often have music playing quietly in the background while we work. It’s an informal place where we wear comfortable clothes and focus on the task at hand. Sometimes students from the university walk past, and the whole area has a bit of a younger energy. We are happy with our little corner here and just keep doing our work one project at a time without any of that corporate polish.
