You can find us at the SNS Business Park, right at the Vesu cross road. We’re in units 610 and 611. It’s easy to spot because we are right opposite the J H Ambani High School. Vesu is such a busy area these days. There are always people moving around and new buildings going up everywhere you look. We’ve been part of this for a while. Our daily routine is mostly meeting people who want to figure out where to live or invest in Surat. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork on the desks. We don't use any fancy scripts or sales tricks here. We just tell people what we know about the neighborhood and what the current prices are looking like. The traffic at the cross road can be a nightmare sometimes, especially when school lets out, but that’s just how Vesu is now. We like being in the middle of it all. Our office is a place where people can come in, sit down, and have a normal conversation about real estate. We don't claim to know everything, but we know this area really well. It’s a local business run by local people who live around here too. We have a few desks and a lot of folders full of documents. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from their friends or neighbors. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
