Our office is tucked away in Adajan at Madhav Park Appartement. It’s number 7 in Dyal Nagar if you’re trying to find us. We’ve been operating out of this apartment for a while now. Dealing with property in this part of town keeps us busy because Adajan is always growing. Most of the time, we’re just chatting with people who live nearby or are looking to move into the neighborhood. It’s a local operation, so we don't have a big staff or a flashy reception area. Usually, it's just a few of us handling the paperwork and answering the phone when it rings. We spend a lot of our afternoons visiting different sites and checking out flats for clients. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We prefer it that way. You get to know the families around Madhav Park and what the buildings are like. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that's just how the property business goes. We don't use any high-tech systems, just our notebooks and a bit of local knowledge.
