Jay Ambe Estate Agency is located at shop number 9 in the Sankalp Complex, which is part of the Adajan Dn Radio Market. It’s a lively place to work with all the other shops and the constant flow of people coming through the market. We’ve been operating from this complex for a good number of years now. Our day usually starts with a tea and a look at our notes to see who is looking for a place. We deal with properties all over the Adajan area. It’s not a fancy setup; just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like a major corporation. We are just local people helping our neighbors find a place to rent or a house to buy. People know they can just drop by the Radio Market and find us in the Sankalp Complex if they have a question about a lease or a sale. We spend a lot of time out and about, looking at different flats and shops. The market can be noisy, but it’s home to us. We just keep things simple and honest. If a deal is good, we say so, and if there are problems, we don't hide them. It’s how we’ve always done things here in Adajan. We know most of the shopkeepers around here, and we like the feeling of being part of the local market community. It makes the workday go by much faster.
