Fulwala Estate

We are located on the third floor of Marvel Cori at E 25, right on VIP Road. It’s a busy part of town, but being up on the third floor makes it a bit quieter for us to work. Fulwala Estate is a small real estate operation. We spend most of our time talking to people about houses and shops. Some people want to sell their property, while others are looking for a new place to live or start a business. We have folders full of listings and maps of the local area. It’s not a very fancy office. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork scattered around. We don't use any high-pressure sales talk. We just show people what’s available and tell them what we know about the properties. If a place has issues or the price is too high for the area, we’ll be honest about it. VIP Road has changed a lot since we first started here, with new buildings going up all the time. It can be hard to keep track of everything, but we do our best. We’re just a few local people who know the neighborhood and help others find a spot that fits their needs and their budget. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy every day.
