Devanshi Estate Agency

We are located at 9 Adajan Dn Bund Garden Road. It is over in the Samrat Campus area of Pune. Being so close to L P Sawani School means it gets a little loud and crowded when the kids are heading home for the day. At Devanshi Estate Agency, we just deal with the local property matters that come through. The office is right there on Bund Garden Road in a decent spot. Most people around here know the school so they do not usually have a hard time finding where we are. We have been set up here for a bit of time now. The desks in the back are usually covered in stacks of papers because real estate involves quite a lot of that. We are not trying to act like some big corporate firm or anything. We are just a local agency. Pune is a really big city but this little corner feels pretty familiar to us. The Samrat Campus has a few different businesses operating. We just do our part in the mix. Sometimes we are out looking at houses and other times we are just sitting here answering the phones. It is a bit of both. The school traffic can be a real pain if you are trying to find a parking spot. But we manage fine. We have watched the neighborhood grow quite a bit lately. It is just us here working through our lists. It is a plain office but we like the location and how it feels.
