Deals Property

We’re located in B 718/719 at the Kohinoor Textile Market, right behind India Textile on Ring Road. Deals Property is our little office in the middle of all the cloth trade. If you’ve ever been to the Ring Road area, you know how packed it gets with trucks and people. It’s a loud, busy place but we like being in the thick of it. Most of our work is with commercial spaces, like shops or small warehouses, because of where we are. We also do some residential stuff on the side. The market is huge, so finding the right unit can be a real headache if you don’t know the layout. We’ve spent years walking these halls, so we know where most things are. It’s not a quiet office. There’s always the sound of people moving goods and talking outside. We don’t have fancy carpets or a receptionist. You just walk in and we talk. Sometimes the elevators are broken and we have to take the stairs, but that’s just part of life here at Kohinoor. We try to be helpful and give folks the straight story on what a place is like.
