Our office for Give N Take Property Consultants is located at Ug-139 in the Happy Hallmark Shoppers complex in Vesu. It’s a pretty modern building compared to some others, and being in a shopping center means there’s always something going on. We chose the name because it’s how real estate works—a bit of give and take to get a deal done. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s got enough room for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. Vesu is growing fast, and we spend a lot of our time keeping up with all the new buildings and shops opening up around us. We don’t do much advertising. Most people just see our sign while they are out shopping at Happy Hallmark and stop in to ask about prices. We try to be helpful without being pushy. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we’ll tell you plainly. We don’t like wasting anyone’s time. We’re just regular people working in the property market, trying to make things clear for our neighbors. It’s a decent place to work, and we enjoy meeting the different families looking to move into Vesu. If you’re in the mall, come by and say hello. We’re on the upper ground floor, so we’re easy to spot once you get inside the main entrance area. There is always parking nearby, which makes it easier for folks driving in from other parts of town.
