Vishwakarma Estate Agent

I run my agency from 207 C on Sachin S V Lane. My name is Vishwakarma and I have been helping people with property stuff around here for quite some time. The office is not very big, just a front room with a table and some maps on the wall so I can show people where different plots are located. Sachin S V Lane is a narrow street and sometimes it gets blocked by delivery trucks, so you have to be patient if you are driving. I usually keep the door open to let some air in unless it is too dusty outside. Dealing with real estate means I am out and about a lot, but this is where I come back to do all the writing and phone calls. It is just a regular local business where I treat people like neighbors because mostly they are. I don't use any fancy computer programs or big displays. I prefer writing things down in my ledger and showing people photos of houses on my phone or in a printed folder. People know they can find me here most afternoons unless I am out showing a piece of land to someone. It is a lot of walking and talking but I like being my own boss in this part of town. The office is simple and that is just the way I like to keep things for now.
