We are based out of Malberi Heights in Bhatpor. Specifically, you can find us at A-602. Bhatpor is a bit away from the main Surat city hub, which is actually quite nice because it's quieter. It's in the Chorasi area. We work on various real estate projects around here. It’s a developing part of the region, so there is always some construction noise or new land deals happening. Our team is small, and we mostly focus on what's right in front of us. We don't spend much on fancy decorations for the office because we'd rather be out seeing the sites or talking to builders. People around here know us as the local guys they can talk to about land or homes without getting a lot of marketing jargon. It’s just practical talk about prices and locations. Sometimes the weather out here gets really hot, and the dusty roads are just a part of our daily life. We just deal with it. We’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the last few years. It’s interesting to watch how the city expands toward this side. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between different plots of land. It isn't glamorous work. If you’re looking for someone who knows the Bhatpor and Choryasi side of things, that is basically what we do. We’re just here doing our bit in the local property scene day by day, trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved.
