Our office is up on the 7th floor of Platinum Plaza. We are right across from the V.T. Choksi Law College in Athwalines. If you know Surat, you know this is a pretty central spot. Being on the seventh floor gives us a decent view of the surroundings, but mostly it's just where we handle the daily grind of the real estate business. We’ve been at this for a bit. There’s always someone coming in with questions about property or looking for some advice on where to put their money. It gets a bit hectic around here during peak hours with all the students and office goers. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant with shiny brochures. We’re just a small team trying to make sense of the Surat property market for our clients. Athwalines is a good area to work in, lots of energy every day. Sometimes we're out on site visits, other times we're stuck at our desks dealing with the legal side of things and filing papers. It’s a mix. We try to be straight with people who come to see us. No sugarcoating things or using big words. Buying a place is a big deal, so we just take it one step at a time. The elevator in the plaza can be slow sometimes, especially during lunch, but once you’re up here, it’s quiet enough to get some work done. We're just regular folks working in the city, trying to help out where we can.
