Our office is at Kapadia Industrial Estate No 3. It’s right there on Andheri Kurla Road. People usually miss us because we are tucked in Devi Plaza, opposite the Shri Ram petrol pump. We've been here for a while now. Dealing with properties in Mumbai is a lot of work. The traffic outside is always loud. Sometimes it's hard to hear the phone ring over the horns. We just handle the paperwork and look at sites. Most days are spent driving around. It gets hot in the afternoons. We have a small team. Everyone knows their job. We don't do fancy ads. People find us because they live nearby. If you are looking for a place or need some help with an old flat, you can just stop by. There’s a tea stall nearby that’s pretty good. We usually stay till late evening. It’s not a big fancy office, just some desks and files everywhere. Real estate is mostly about knowing who owns what and where the new projects are starting. We try to keep track of that. It's a lot of walking. My shoes wear out fast. We don't have a big corporate board. It’s just us. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. New buildings coming up where there used to be nothing. It keeps us busy. That’s about it for who we are. Just local folks doing local work in Andheri. We keep a few spare umbrellas for when the monsoon hits unexpectedly.
