United Contractor Fo Essar Hazira Steel Plant

We are located over at Madhuvan Society, right by the Jahangirpura petrol pump. It's a busy spot in Surat. Most of our days are spent dealing with the requirements at the Essar Hazira Steel Plant. It’s a lot of coordination. Usually, there's a few of us in the office at units 11 and 12, just trying to keep the paperwork straight and the workers sorted out. Living and working around Jahangirpura means we know the local tea stall guys pretty well. The traffic can be a mess sometimes, especially near the petrol pump, but we manage. We’ve been operating from this part of Gujarat for a while now. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks and files and people coming in and out to discuss the steel plant jobs. Sometimes the phone doesn’t stop ringing, and other times it's just us sitting around figuring out the schedule for the next week. We don't really do the big corporate talk thing. We just focus on the contracting work that needs to happen at the site. If someone needs to find us, they just look for the society near the pump. It’s a practical place to be because everything is close. We try to keep things simple here without too much fuss. Most of the people around here know who we are and what we do for the plant. We have been part of this community for a long time and we like the way things are.
