Essar Steel (Hazira) Limited

We are located at 100 Laljinagar Society, which is quite close to the Sardar Bridge on Adajan Road in Surat. It’s a convenient spot, though the traffic near the bridge can be a headache during rush hour. Our office is part of the local scene here. We’ve got the usual setup for a steel business: some heavy machinery, a lot of metal stock, and a small area where we do the accounts. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of inventory, but we manage to keep it moving. People in the society know us well. We don’t put on any airs or pretend to be more than we are. We just deal with Essar Steel products and help out folks who need them. The office usually smells a bit like grease and old paper. We have a few fans going to keep the air moving, but it’s still pretty warm most of the time. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just talk to people when they walk in. If the phone rings, we answer it, unless we’re out back loading a truck. It’s a simple life, focused on the day-to-day tasks. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but our work has stayed mostly the same. Just regular days filled with metal and hard work and plenty of tea to keep us going.
