You can find us at 11-B in Narayan Park, which is part of Ichhapore 3. We are right on the Hazira Road, near the Post Bhata area in Surat. It’s a busy spot because of all the industry moving through this corridor. Being so close to the road means there’s a lot of dust and noise from the heavy trucks, but that’s just part of being in the steel business. We’ve got a plain office here where we manage the daily tasks for Essar Steel. It isn't a fancy place with modern art or anything; it’s just walls, desks, and a lot of folders. The air conditioner works most of the time, which is good because the Surat heat can be tough. We have a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the screens. Most of us have been working in this area for a long time, so we know the local shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick meal. The work is mostly numbers and coordination, making sure the steel gets where it needs to go. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations. If something needs to be said, we just say it. It’s a practical environment where people value getting the work finished over looking important. That’s just the way we do things here in 394510. We try to stay humble and busy.
