R S Engineering

R S Engineering is based at 31 Road No 6, right near the Mahindra Workshop in the Maruti Industrial Estate in Udhana, Surat. If you know the area, you know it’s a busy industrial zone with a lot of noise and activity. We’re tucked in near the Mahindra Workshop, which makes it easier for people to give directions to our place. The shop floor is usually where you will find us, surrounded by tools and various projects we are working on. It’s a gritty sort of environment, not a clean corporate office, but that’s the reality of engineering work. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the industrial estate change over the years. Road No 6 always has trucks moving in and out, so there is never a dull moment. We don’t have a big fancy sign or a reception desk. It’s just us, doing the work we know how to do. Most of the guys here have been working together for ages. We don't spend time on marketing or trying to sound like a big corporation. We just focus on the tasks at hand and getting them finished. Surat is a huge city, but our little spot in Udhana feels very familiar to us. It’s just a normal, hardworking shop where we try to do a decent job every day. We keep the machines running and the work moving as fast as we can manage.
