Down on Arya Samaj Road in Sachin, things stay pretty loud with all the machinery going. That’s where Victora Tools Engg. Pvt. Ltd. is located. We handle a lot of tool engineering work, which basically means a lot of metal, grease, and precise measurements. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, but it’s what we know. Most of us have been working with these machines for years. Sachin is a decent place for a shop like ours because everything is close by. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. There’s always something that needs fixing or a new batch of parts to get through the line. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on getting the dimensions right so the parts fit where they're supposed to. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait around, but usually, it's steady work. Our workspace is filled with old benches and lots of drawers for all the bits and pieces we use. It gets a bit crowded when a big order comes in, but we make do with the space we have. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and checking gauges. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the shifts. It’s just an honest day’s work for a bunch of people who like working with their hands.
