Sparrow Tex Engineering Works

Out in GIDC, Pandesara, you’ll find us at Plot No. 1/13-14 on Road No. 4. We are pretty close to Annapurna Dyeing Mill, which makes it easy for people to find the shop. Sparrow Tex Engineering Works is basically a place where we get our hands dirty every single day. We work on textile machinery and engineering parts. The air usually smells like oil and metal, which is just how an engineering shop should be. It’s noisy because there’s always a machine running or someone hammering something into place. We aren't a big corporation with fancy desks. Most of our space is taken up by tools and spare parts for the looms and dyeing machines used in the mills nearby. Sometimes a machine breaks down in the middle of the night, and we have to figure out how to get it running again so the factory doesn't lose a day of work. It’s a lot of pressure, but we’re used to it. The roads in Pandesara can get pretty rough, especially during the monsoon when the water pools up, but we’re here every morning regardless. We just like fixing things. It’s honest work, and we’ve built up a decent reputation among the local textile folks just by being reliable. We don’t talk much; we just let the work speak for itself. It's just a regular shop doing regular mechanical work.
