Our engineering shop is located at Gidc Plot No. 5716. We are right in the middle of the industrial zone, so it is a very practical place to be. We focus a lot on fabrication and engineering work, especially things that involve textiles. The workshop is usually very loud because of the welding machines and the metal grinders. We have a few big pieces of equipment that take up a lot of the floor space. It is a bit of a messy environment with metal shavings and sparks, but that is just how engineering works. We are not a corporate office with people in suits. We wear work boots and get our hands covered in grease every single day. We have been at this plot for a while and we have built a reputation for just getting the job done. Sometimes we have to stay late into the night to finish a specific part that a customer needs urgently. We don't have a marketing person or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from other companies in the Gidc or the local textile mills. We just talk to the owners, look at their broken parts or their plans, and tell them what we can do. It is a lot of hard physical work and sometimes things go wrong, but we always try to make it right. We just keep our heads down and focus on the machines and the metal. It is a simple life of making and fixing things.
