Joy Thomas Engineering Pvt Ltd is located in Surat, over at F-4 in the Neha building, which is part of the Sunlight Complex. Being in Gujarat means we are surrounded by a lot of industry, which keeps us pretty busy. We handle engineering work, which involves a lot of technical details and sometimes a bit of trial and error. Our office in Sunlight Complex isn't very big, but it’s where we do all our planning and drawing. Sometimes the space feels a little tight when we have a few people in there working on different things. We don’t really care much for corporate polish. We’d rather just get the job done right. We have our fair share of long days when things don't go exactly as planned, but that's just engineering for you. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big marketing words. We just work on the projects that come our way and try to be practical about everything. The Neha building is a good spot for us, and we’ve settled in quite well over the years. People in Surat know we are here if they need some engineering help. We just keep things moving, one project at a time, and don't make a big fuss about it. It’s just how we operate. Most days are spent looking at blueprints or checking parts. It isn't always exciting, but it is our job.
