Essar Engineering Cen.

We’ve got our office for Essar Engineering Cen. at B-19 in the Deen Dayal Society. It’s located in the Palanpur Patia area, right off Rander Road in Surat. It’s a busy part of town, always lots of people moving about and scooters zooming past. Our office is inside the society, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main road, which is lucky for us. We do a lot of our engineering work from here, mostly sitting around the big central table. It’s not a corporate building, just a regular spot in a residential society that we’ve made our own. The walls are a bit plain and the flooring is nothing special, but it works for our needs. We spend a lot of time on the computers and talking about project details. In the monsoon, the road outside can get a bit flooded, so we sometimes have to scramble to make sure everything stays dry. We’ve got a small balcony where we keep some plants, though they struggle in the Surat heat. Usually, we're here from early morning until late evening. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements on the walls. We just have our calendars and a few old photos of projects we finished years ago. It’s a humble place, and we like it that way. Most people around here know us as the engineering guys in B-19. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business every day.
