Top Estate Agency is located up on the first floor of the Agrasen Point building. We are right there on City Light Road in D’ Colony, which is a pretty well-known spot if you live around here. Being near Agrasen Bhavan helps people find us since it’s such a big landmark. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and chairs and a lot of maps and papers pinned to the walls. We spend most of our time on the phone or driving around to look at different properties in Model Estate. Real estate is a lot of talking and waiting for the right moment. Sometimes we’re just sitting here drinking tea and waiting for a client to show up for a meeting. It’s not like those big agencies you see on TV with the shiny suits. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people find a place to stay or a bit of land. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to get some work done. I’ve been working in this area for quite some time now, so I’ve seen the buildings go up and the streets get wider. It’s a living, breathing part of the city. We just try to keep up with it all and stay honest about what we see. It is just a simple office for a simple trade.
