Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the engineering work. We have our tools and our papers spread out everywhere. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how we know things are getting done. Surat is famous for its industry, and we are just one small part of that big machine. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us working on a drawing or checking some parts. The humidity in Gujarat can be tough, but we have our fans going and we just get on with it. We’ve been in Ranitalav long enough to know all the shortcuts. It’s a solid place to work from. We don’t spend much time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just engineers doing engineering things. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of focus.
