Our office at A 54 Athwalines is right near Mahavir Cardiac Hospital. If you know the Vanita Vishram Ground, you know exactly where we are. Surat Property Solutiions is a busy place, mostly because of where we sit. There is always someone walking by or a car trying to find a parking spot nearby. We’ve got a small space here, but it works for what we do. The morning starts with tea and then we get into the paperwork. People come in asking about flats or shops in the area, and we just tell them what we know. There isn’t any big secret to it. We just keep our books updated and talk to the neighbors. Sometimes the noise from the hospital area is a bit much, but you get used to it after a few months. We spend a lot of time walking over to the ground when there’s an event just to see what’s happening. It’s a good spot to be in Surat. We don’t use any fancy computers or complicated systems; we just write things down and make sure we don’t lose the keys. If the weather is nice, we leave the windows open, but usually, the dust from the road means we keep things shut. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us here in Athwalines, doing the work that needs to be done for our customers.
