You can find us at U 11 on City Light Road, right near Maharaja Agrasen Bhavan at Agrasen Point. Surat Property Consultants has been around this Bapu Nagar area for a while now. We work out of the H B Realtors space, which is basically a room filled with folders and maps of the local blocks. It’s a loud area because City Light Road is always moving, but it’s a good spot to be if you want to know what’s happening in the property market. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. Mostly, we just try to help people find a place that fits what they need without too much fuss. Real estate involves a lot of waiting around for people to show up and then even more waiting for the paperwork to go through. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones and walking through empty flats. The office is usually a mess of papers and half-empty water bottles, but we know where everything is. We don't bother with fancy brochures because the houses usually speak for themselves. If a place is good, it sells; if it isn't, we tell the owner why. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve seen this part of Surat change a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up where there used to be nothing. It keeps us busy, even on the slow days when nobody seems to be buying anything.
