Surat Prime Property

Surat Prime Property is based over at the Indralok Complex in Piplod. Specifically, we are in unit Lg24. This building is often called the Money Point building by people around here. We are right across the street from the Lakeview Hotel, so that is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The office is on the lower ground floor, which is what the Lg stands for. It’s a decent sized space for what we do. Piplod is a nice part of town and we like being situated here. There is always a lot of foot traffic near the hotel and the complex. We spend a lot of our time looking at different spots around the city, but this is where we keep our main desk. It isn't a flashy place with high-end furniture. It is just a workspace where we keep our files and meet with people who drop by. Sometimes the office is empty if we are out on a site, but usually, someone is around. We’ve been at this Piplod location for a while. The Indralok Complex is a well-known spot, so most taxi drivers or locals know exactly where to go. It’s just a practical office for Surat Prime Property. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just us working out of Lg24 opposite the hotel. We are here most days during the week and usually stay until late if needed.
