You can find us at U-3 Ring Road in the Hiral Complex. We’re directly opposite J K Tower, which is a big glass building that’s hard to miss. Our spot in Hiral Complex is a bit more modest. It’s a functional office where we keep track of all the property dealings we have going on. Ring Road is always a mess of cars and rickshaws, so getting here can take a bit longer than you’d expect during rush hour. I’ve been running things from this unit for quite a while. The office is pretty small, filled with shelves of folders and a couple of computers that have seen better days. I don't really see the need for spending a lot on fancy decor when the work is what matters. We just sit here and handle the inquiries as they come in. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but the windows do a decent job of keeping most of it out. I usually stay late most evenings to catch up on the paperwork I missed during the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. Opposite J K Tower is a good spot because everyone knows where that is. We don't really go for big advertisements or anything like that. We just rely on being here and being consistent. People know where the Hiral Complex is, and they know they can find us in U-3. It’s a simple, no-nonsense setup for the work we do. I hope to stay here for a while.
