Ssavita'S Kitchen Hub Private Limited

We run Ssavita’s Kitchen Hub out of House Number 11 in Krushnakunj Society. This is on Chhapra Bhatha Road in Surat. It’s a residential area, so it’s not like a big commercial mall or anything. We started this because there was a lot of interest in the cooking we were doing at home. Eventually, it turned into a proper private limited company. We handle everything right from this house. It’s a real kitchen, not a factory. You can usually smell whatever is cooking from the street. We focus on home-style food because that’s what we know best. There’s no fancy chef here, just people who have been cooking for their families for years. Surat is a city that loves its food, so there is always a lot of competition. We just try to stay consistent. Our neighbors in Krushnakunj are used to the delivery bikes coming in and out by now. It gets a bit hectic around dinner time. We don’t have a big team, just a few helpers and the family. We write down orders by hand and keep track of things as they happen. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but the food is good and people seem to like it. We just keep doing what we do every day without overthinking it much. It keeps us busy and we like the feeling of being useful to people looking for a meal.
