We are based at the Agarwal Rice Mill on Bhatgaon Road in Olpad. The company name is Shubhakshat Industries Private Limited. It is an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks. We share the space with the rice mill operations. It is a very practical environment to work in. We do not have air conditioning in most parts of the building, so we just leave the doors open for the breeze. We deal with various industrial tasks. It is mostly about production and making sure the machines are running correctly. We have been here in Olpad for quite a while now. Everyone around here knows the Agarwal Rice Mill, so we are usually pretty easy to find. Our team is mostly local people from the nearby villages. We do not have a big fancy office. Our desks are right where the action is. It gets a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. We do not do a lot of fancy talking or marketing. We just produce what we need to produce and get it loaded onto the trucks. Bhatgaon Road is a main route for us. We see the same drivers every week. It is a hard-working atmosphere. We just take it one day at a time and make sure everything is sorted before we go home. It is a simple, busy life here at the mill and we like it that way.
