Our shop is number 7 on Honey Park Road, specifically in Sitaramnagar in the Adajan area. Shree Sainath Estate Agency is a small local business. We’ve been in Adajan for quite a while, helping people buy and sell homes. Honey Park Road is usually pretty busy, so we see a lot of people walking by. The office is a simple place, just enough room for a few desks and some files. I spend a lot of my time talking to people about what they are looking for in a house. It’s not always simple, because everyone wants something different. We don't have any big marketing budgets or anything. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know us. Adajan is a nice part of town, and it has changed a lot since we first opened. We try to keep up with the new buildings going up, but it’s a lot to follow. My desk is usually a bit of a mess with notes and phone numbers scribbled everywhere. That’s just how I work. Sometimes people just stop in for a chat about the market or to see what’s new. We don't use any fancy sales pitches. We just show the properties and let people decide for themselves. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We’re just regular folks doing a regular job.
