Shree Sai Real Estate

Shree Sai Real Estate is up on the third floor, specifically rooms 303 and 304 in Patel Park Apartment. We are in the Surat Jamalpur area, right next to the Gujarati School. You can hear the kids playing during recess, which is a nice sound to have in the background while we work. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a breeze, but the stairs can be a lot if you’re carrying heavy files. We’ve got two rooms here, so there is plenty of space for all our paperwork. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking to people who want to buy or rent something in Patel Park or nearby. We don’t do anything fancy. There are no big posters or flashing lights. We just have our registers and our phones. Most of the people who come in are local families from the school or the apartment complex. We’ve been here for a while, so we know which flats are good and which ones have issues with the plumbing. We try to keep things straightforward. If you want to see a place, we grab the keys and walk over. It’s a very local way of doing things. In the evenings, the area gets very quiet once the school shuts, and that’s usually when we finish up our work and head home. We just do our bit to help folks find a place to stay.
