We’ve been at the S 25 Ring Road spot for a while now. Bhandup Sonapur is a busy place, always something happening outside the door. Being an estate agent here at Shree Sai Ghar involves a lot of walking around and talking to people about houses and flats. We are right by Darga Cross Road and Belgium Square. It gets quite noisy with the traffic on the Ring Road, but that is just how it is here in this part of town. People stop by to ask about rentals or if anything is for sale in the nearby buildings. Mostly we just handle the local paperwork and show people around when they have time in their schedules. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but we keep it going regardless. It’s a small place, nothing fancy or corporate. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers around Belgium Square well. If you are looking for the office, just look for the sign near the cross road. It's not hard to find if you know the area even a little bit. We spend most of the day on the phone or out meeting folks who want to move into the neighborhood. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the forms, so we just try to get through it one day at a time. It's a local business and we like being part of the community here in Bhandup. Just a regular day at the office for us.
