Our shop is at 742/743 Rander, right across from the Government Quarter. It’s a place where people come when they are looking for a new roof over their heads or a place to start a shop. We deal with all sorts of properties around this part of town. The office is simple, just some chairs and photos of houses on the wall. We don't use fancy computer programs for everything; a lot of it is just notes in a notebook. Rander is a good place to be. It’s got a lot of history and the streets are always full of life. We like being near the government quarters because it's a landmark everyone knows. If someone gets lost, we just tell them to look for the quarters. We spend our mornings checking out new listings and our afternoons meeting people. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather is hot. We drink a lot of water and keep the fan on high. We aren't a big chain of agencies. It’s just us here, trying to help neighbors find a decent spot to live. We’ve seen many families grow up in this area. It feels good to see a house become a home. We just provide the bridge to get them there. No big promises, just honest work. Stop by whenever the shutters are up if you need to talk.
